ANA calls for entries in 8 categories

The Association of Nigerian Authors (ANA) has called for entries in eight categories for its 2016 literary competitions.
This was made known in a release signed by the association’s General Secretary, Ofonime Inyang, PhD.
The prize categories for published and unpublished include ANA Prize for poetry, prose fiction, and drama.
Others are teen prizes for prose and poetry, and prizes for Literary Criticism with focus on criticism of emergent Nigerian Literature, ANA/Abubakar Gimba Prize for fiction, and ANA/Ngozi Chuma-Udeh Prize for children’s writing. 
Deadline is May 6, 2016 and winners of the prizes will be announced by the judges at the Awards Dinner during the 35th Anniversary/International Annual Convention of the Association of Nigerian Authors in October, 2016.
