The Association of Nigerian Authors, Katsina State (ANAKATS) chapter, is set to hold its third Northern Writers Summit themed, ‘Literature and National Integration: The Role of Writers as Bridge Builders’.
Slated to take place from October 3 to 6 at the conference hall of Katsina State Secretariat Complex, Katsina State, the event would feature writers, publishers, book marketers, academicians, and librarians.
The occasion, which has ten sub-themes, would have the Executive Governor of Katsina State, Aminu Bello Masari as its Special Guest of Honour and a former Inspector General of Police, Dr. Ibrahim Ahmadu Coomasie as Chairman.
Participants at the event would be treated to cultural entertainment on arrival night. The second and third day would be active summit days, and the last day dinner and award night.
