Governor Akinwunmi Ambode’s 2016 budget presentation on Thursday at the Lagos State House of Assembly, Alausa, Ikeja, nearly turned a comedy of sort as the Speaker of the House, Mudashiru Obasa revealed his other side when he repeatedly threw tantrums that held the audience, including the governor, his commissioners and special advisers, as well as former speakers of the house such as Olorunnibe Mamowora and Jokotola Pelumi, and a host of others, spellbound.
 Obasa who confirmed at the budget presentation which was beamed live on television, that he had been a member of the House since 2003, was apparently excited that he was now the Speaker of the House and not just an ordinary member and that he would be receiving the 2016 appropriation bill (budget) from the governor as the Number Three Citizen of the state.
He emphasized that this was the first budget he would be receiving as the Speaker of the House and the first to be presented by Ambode as Governor. “Today is my day. It is the first budget proposal
