The workshop aims to help romance writers avoid the rejection pile by learning what today’s editors are looking for, particularly at Ankara Press.

To apply, email: [email protected]. Attach a one-page sample of your best romantic fiction (no more than 1,500 words, double-spaced, 12 point font) as a word document, along with your name, the title of the story, your phone number and email address. Applications should have “Workshop” in the subject of the email.

The workshop will hold at the  French Cultural Centre at 52 Libreville Street, off Aminu Kanu Crescent, Wuse II, Abuja, from 12 to 2pm.
