The Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Osun State, Prince Gboyega Famodun, has disclosed that the party’s agent killed in Esa-Odo during the September 22, 2018 governorship election in the state, Adebiyi Ajibade, will be buried today.
Famodun said this at his residence in Osogbo, the state capital, while addressing a press conference on the election and its outcome.
Describing Ajibade’s death as regrettable, he said the police were still investigating the matter and that the party would take necessary steps on the incident after the police investigation.
The APC Chairman expressed worry that certain people could resort to killing an innocent citizen over an election.
