Senator-elect for Jigawa Central Senatorial District, Muhammad Sabo Nakudu and Engineer Magaji Dau Aliyu, both chieftains of the APC, have complained of inadequate security in Birnin-Kudu and Buji areas of the state.
Aliyu said there are about 383 poling units in Birnin-Kudu and Buji, and that most of those visited are not adequately policed.
He maintained that security presence is very important during elections. Nakudu, on his part, said though the turnout is low his party will win the elections.
