Members of All Progressives Congress (APC) Integrity group in Taraba State have commended President Muhammadu Buhari for approving funds for the execution of Mambilla hydro-power project in the state.

The group said in press release signed by its spokesman, Mr Aaron Artimas that the people of the state were happy over approval of $5.7billion for the project.

According to the statement, the approval was an incredible act of magnanimity by the Buhari administration.

The group explained that they were aware that the Mambilla project was   highly valued and the biggest single project accorded to any state in the country, adding this has placed Taraba State at the very top of the present administration’s priority list of social and economic development.
