The Progressive Governors Forum (PGF) has described the National Leader of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, as a dogged leader who has contributed immensely to the forum through his insightful and resolute inputs.

The governors made the commendation on the occasion of Tinubu’s 68th birthday celebration in a statement by the chairman of the PGF who is also Kebbi State Governor, Atiku Bagudu.

“We join all Nigerians, to celebrate the birthday of Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, National Leader of the All Progressives Congress on his 68th birthday. We celebrate this special occasion with Your Excellency and your entire family,” Bagudu said.

Meanwhile, the Chairman of the Senate Committee on Judiciary, Human Rights and Legal Matters, Michael  Opeyemi Bamidele,  has also felicitated with Tinubu.

Bamidele, a former  Commissioner for Youth,  Sports and Social Development in Lagos State when Tinubu was governor, said his former boss had  carved an exemplary and enviable  niche for himself as a legend  of African politics.
