APC Gov’ship, assembly panels begin sitting

The Governorship and House of Assembly panels set up by the All Progressives Congress (APC) commenced sitting in Dutse, Jigawa State capital, with a pledge to be fair to all the aspirants.

Inaugurating the panels at the state headquarters of the party, the APC chairman, Aminu Sani Gumel, challenged the panel members to be fair to all aspirants in discharging their duties.

The three-man Governorship Petition Panel has Alhaji Haruna Musa as the chairman while the panel on State Assembly has Prof. Muhammad Lawal as chairman.

The panels, which have less than 24 hours to complete their assignments, re-iterated their resolves to ensure justice to all petitioners in respect of the two elections which took place between Thursday and Friday.
