The All Progressives Congress (APC) has launched a go-out-to-vote initiative to mobilise support for its presidential candidate, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu.

The party said the initiative was aimed at targeting 10 million votes from the youth in North West zone for Tinubu.

Bello Muhammad, Youth Mobilisation Director, APC Presidential Campaign Council, North West, stated this while addressing newsmen at the launching of the initiative in Kaduna on Monday.

He urged the youth to collect their Permanent Voters’ Cards (PVCs).

He said the North West was among the deciding states in any presidential election; hence the need to mobilise the zone’s youths and women to support APC.

“Let me say this very clearly that North West zone remains the most populous zone in the country and remains the determinant factor for winning the presidential election for any candidate. We pledge to give Bola Tinubu 10m votes in February 2023 election from the zone,” he said.

He added that they have seen massive defection from various political parties and with their engagement with youths in the zone, people are ready to vote for the party.
