APC passes vote of confidence on Nasarawa speaker

The national leadership of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) has passed a vote of confidence on speaker of Nasarawa State House of Assembly,  Alhaji Ibrahim Balarabe Abdullahi, for his quality representation, describing him as an asset to the party.

A statement by the chief press secretary to the speaker, said the National Vice Chairman, North Central of the party, Ahmed Suleiman Wambai, passed the vote of confidence during a performance assessment of the speaker in Toto local government of the state on Monday.

He noted that the speaker has impacted positively on the lives of rural dwellers in the state, which was what moved the national leadership of the party to express confidence on him.

He said the national leadership of APC assured that the party would continue to monitor its representatives across the country to reward their hard work.

The statement also said the student union in Umaisha presented an award of excellence to the speaker for his quality representation.
