An APC support group, BAT’s 4/4 Renewed Hope Agenda, has commended President Bola Ahmed Tinubu for what it described as the achievements of his Renewed Hope administration.
The commendation was made during a press conference held in Abuja on Wednesday, February 11, 2026, following the group’s National Executive Meeting. The group congratulated the President for what it called bold steps aimed at restoring Nigeria to a path of transformational development and progress across the country.
Speaking at the briefing, the Director-General of the group, Engr. Daniel Ohiomoba, also congratulated governors from opposition parties who recently defected to the All Progressives Congress (APC).
He said their decision reflected the perceived growth and development taking place under the current administration.
According to him, “our group, BAT’s 4/4 Renewed Hope Agenda applauds the state of unprecedented growth and development Nigeria is witnessing under the Renewed Hope administration of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu. He noted that, less than three years into the administration, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu (GCFR) has succeeded in convincing everyone including those from the opposition parties that he’s more than capable and competent to restore the fortunes of this country.”
He further stated, “His administration has left a progressive impact in the lives of majority of Nigerians across the political spectrum.
His laudable achievements so far, permeates every fabric of our national life, including students, youths, women, artisans and other professional sectors.

The manufacturing sector, ICT, infrastructural development and many other critical sectors of the economy have continued to witness unprecedented growth.
In the area of foreign diplomatic ties, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu (GCFR) through his renewed hope foreign policy thrust, has been consistent in attracting foreign investments into the country and also protecting and projecting the image of the country positively. Nigeria is now being more respected globally than before as there is now a more mature, mutual trust existing between Nigeria and many other powerful nations of the world, a clear evidence of this is the recent invitation to the President by the King of England for a state visit.”
The group also used the occasion to congratulate governors who recently joined the APC, including Umo Eno of Akwa Ibom State, Peter Mbah of Enugu State, Douye Diri of Bayelsa State, Siminalayi Fubara of Rivers State and Abba Kabir Yusuf of Kano State.
Ohiomoba said their defections were driven by what he described as the administration’s transformational initiatives, which he said encouraged them to collaborate with the Federal Government in the interest of political stability and economic prosperity.
Also speaking, a National Adviser to the group, Otunba James Uduak Udoma, called on state, local government and ward coordinators to cooperate fully with the ruling APC by ensuring that members participate in the ongoing membership e-registration exercise.
