The All African Students Union (AASU) has awarded a lawmaker in the National Assembly representing Kauru federal constituency; Barrister Simon Yakubu Arabo with the 2015 leadership award for his contribution in youth building in the country.
Speaking during the award ceremony held in Kaduna, Arabo said he would  work towards sponsoring bills and motions aimed at creating opportunity for the youth in governance of country.
Earlier, National President of the Nigeria Association of Nigerian Students (NANS) Comrade Tijani Usman Shehu who presented the award to Barrister Arabo said the presentation of the award was based  on the lawmaker`s contribution towards assisting youths at different levels.
