The Nigerian Army on Friday arrested a notorious kidnapper, Filani Auta at Ligari village of Kaduna State.

In a statement signed by the Director Army Public Relations, Brigadier General Texas Chukwu, he said that the kidnapping kingpin was arrested along with his two sons during a raid by the troops following a tip-off.

Chukwu added that the troops recovered two Dane guns and four mobile phones, saying that the ‎suspects will soon be handed over to the police for prosecution.
