…As LCC Kubwa raises fund for land project

The aim of the program was to see a spiritual and overall revival of body of Christ as well as to raise funds in order to commence development of a plot that was purchased by the church in Byazhi, Kubwa.

Rev. Yakubu Sagai from the Theological College of Northern Nigeria (TCNN) Jos was the guest speaker.

He preached for the whole three days that the program lasted.

The man of God emphasized the need for the grace of giving for the work of the Lord.

Taking his quote from 2 Corinthians 8 verse 12, he maintained that whatever is given for the work of God unwillingly is not acceptable to God.

He cited chapter 9 verse 6 of 2 Corinthians which emphasizes the fact that the more the giving, the more the reaping.

There were donations and pledges from members of the congregation.
