The items which were received by the Kaduna State commissioner for Health, Pharmacists Patrick Maigari includes 15 Hospital mattresses, five Stestescope, 50 Thermometer, one Oxygen apparatus, five gallons of Mutilated spirit, 12 gallons of disinfectant, 24 Bed-sheets, three Sphgynomanometre, 24 Pillows five packs of hand gloves, one Foot suctioning machine, one Weighing scale machine among others.
The conservator of the National Park Alhaji Haruna Tanko Abubakar said the equipment were to help in the treatment of victims of gunmen attacks and others suffering from various ailment in the area.
Abubakar said the Kumuku National Park is involved in humanitarian activities such as provision of educational materials, health equipment, construction of class rooms, roads, drilling of deep wells and organising quiz competitions among schools in the local government.
Kaduna State government through its commissioner for health, Patrick Maigari thanked the management of the park for the gesture and pledge to use judiciously.
