Director-General, National Emergency and Management Agency, Muhammadu Muhammed, on Wednesday in Abuja said attacks by hoodlums on NEMA’s warehouses during the recent #EndSARS protests nationwide stalled the distribution of relief materials to victims of flood disaster.

He said this while resenting highlights of the agency’s road map to the agency’s staff.

He, however, noted that some states governments had received their deliveries before the attacks.

He also stated that the relief delivery had resumed in all states.
