I would like to appeal to FCT Minister Muhammad Bello, to please urgently take action on taxi drivers around FCT, and call them to order. These people are causing serious havoc most especially at Berger and Area One roundabout, where you will spend more than 30 minutes in traffic holdup because they park and drive anyhow they feel like. Some of the cab drivers break traffic rules, cause problems here and there on the road. There was a day in one of the zones, I was passing by when a cab man caused an accident while overtaking another car; the taxi escaped from the scene leaving the car damaged.

The FCT administration needs to sanitise and train them, or it should get government-owned taxis to ply Abuja and environs. This will help in reducing criminals like One Chance, which are currently terrorizing people in Abuja.

They should ban taxi drivers from operating in the FCT and environs.
