From the language used in the story and the undertones, there is a huge rat lurking around the 44 Hospital project and it’s easy to smell. While the first Weekly Trust story on the issue, months ago, may have brought it to public attention, the second one is showing that corruption is at work. The Chief of Army Staff (COAS) should speed up and resolve this extremely embarrassing situation.
