Attention, GM KASTELEA

KASTELEA placed an advert in the Daily Trust newspaper of Monday 23rd November, 2015 calling on interested graduates to apply for the 469 positions of Traffic/Environmental Marshals in the agency and the subsequent ten (10) days training camp in Kachia for shortlisted candidates.
On 20th May, 2016 trainees were asked to sign acceptance letter before their appointment letters were issued to them, I stand to be corrected. Only to discover that they were appointed as Marshal Assistant I, while other privileged graduates were appointed as Principal Marshals, Marshals, Principal Marshal Assistant, for reasons best known to the management.
Let me quote Martin Luther King Jr, “Injustice anywhere is a threat to justice everywhere.” My investigation further reveals that some of the appointed marshals were yet to complete their one year mandatory National Youth Service (NYSC). Sir, I am compelled to bring to your attention the following;
One, all the agents should know their conditions of service, withholding information only to have it get out through another source can make the management seems dishonest; Two, Some aggrieved agents have vowed to augment their monthly take home pay by compromising the agency’s watchword.
Thank you for your attention to this matter.
