Josheph Ayo Babalola University (JABU), Osun State, would award degrees to 566 students in her 8th Convocation Ceremony.
The Vice Chancellor, Professor Sola Fajana who made this known in a statement yesterday also said a convocation lecture on “Optimal Functionality of Agents of Socialization; Decisive Ingredient for a Better Tomorrow” would be delivered by Dr. Boboye Oyeyemi, the Corps Marshal of Federal Road Safety Corps.
The statement said a total of 566 students would receive higher and first degrees during the forthcoming Convocation Ceremony while Honorary Degree would be conferred on the Visitor and Chairman Board of Trustee, Pastor Abraham Olukunle Akinosun, President of Christ Apostolic Church Worldwide, in recognition of his immense contributions and youth development.
