Bandits in the early hours of Tuesday raided Zhibi community in Tafa LGA of Niger State where they broke into two shops and looted items.
City & Crime reports that the incident was coming, a day after a similar attack was carried out in Apiyawe community in neighbouring Dei-Dei town.
The Ward Head of Dei-Dei, Ibrahim Galadima, while disclosing the incident yesterday, said the attackers looted provision and took mobile phone at charging shops.
Galadima, who doubles as the vigilante commander of Zhibi District, added that the gunmen left the communities around 2am with no report of any abduction.

He said that in the Dei-Dei incident, the attackers took away a commercial motorcycle.
Also reacting, the vigilante commander in Dei-Dei town, Safiyanu Abdullahi, called for a special joint security action to engage the bandits.
The FCT Police Command spokeswoman, SP Josephine Adeh, could not be reached for comment on the incidents.
