Barau condoles Hon. Bala over demise of elder brother/guardian

The Deputy President of the Senate, Senator Barau I. Jibrin, has paid a solemn condolence visit to Honourable Engr Sani Bala, Chairman of the House of Representatives Committee on Public Service Matters, following the painful loss of his elder brother, Alhaji Umaru Bala Tsanyawa.

The visit, which held at the Engr Bala family residence in Kano, was attended by relatives, political associates, traditional rulers, and members of the community, who came together to honor the memory of the late elder statesman. The atmosphere was one of grief, yet also of dignity and solidarity, as prayers and tributes were offered for the repose of his soul.

Senator Barau described the passing of Alhaji Umaru Bala Tsanyawa as not only a personal tragedy to the Bala family but also a great loss to the people of Tsanyawa and beyond. He noted that the deceased was widely revered as a man of impeccable character, humility, and wisdom, whose quiet strength and moral compass guided many.
