Battle against corruption and more

This fight against corruption is becoming rather too interesting for the good of the country. On the one hand is the effort made by the federal government to checkmate it, and the diehard tactics of politicians, particularly the Senate President and his deputy. One begins to wonder if the senate will have time on its hands to do anything tangible while always looking across its shoulders at the moves made to investigate and convict them of certain crimes.
