Confirming this in Bauchi, the Bauchi State FA Chairman Patrick Pascal (MON) said the tournament which is in honour of the Honourable Minister of Health Professor Ali Pate, who is described as an epitome of peace in state will commence in the last week of November.

Pascal who is the Super Eagles Coordinator said the teams have been divided into the three Senatorial zones of the state, from where qualifiers will emerge.

Professor Muhammad Ali Pate is Minister of Health and Social Welfare of Nigeria. He is a lover of the youths, and also a professor of the Practice of Public Health Leadership in the Department of Global Health and Population at Harvard University. He formerly served as the Minister of State (Health) during the Goodluck Jonathan’s administration.
