The property, located at the Central Business District of Abuja, was earlier occupied by the Federal Character Commission which later vacated it, and it had remained vacant for the past four years.
The Principal Partner of Alabukun Farms Nigeria Ltd, Odulate Albert, formally took possession of the property at the weekend at a signing and handover of documents ceremony witnessed by representatives of the Gombe State Investment and Property Development Company Ltd Yusuf Arewa, Federal Character Commission Ernest Eyo and the broker of the lease agreement, Managing Director of Gista Services, Mukhtar Musa.
Albert, after going around the building, said he would convert it to a tourism facility.
