Leonel was called to the Diary Room and asked to save and replace a housemate pairing. He chose to save himself and his Comrade in Arms, Mzamo, putting Elizabeth and Kevin in their place.

Elizabeth gave Quinn his second nomination of the day because he and Kristal were very strong as a pair and the alliance of Jeremy, Emma, herself and Kevin had made the decision to get rid of him. She chose Leonel as her second nominee.

Jeremy was next in the diary room, nominating Mzamo because he felt that Leonel would save her, with his second nomination going to Itai.  Kristal nominated Jeremy, calling it an “easy choice” as she was not close to him, and Leonel, who she said could save himself.

Mzamo started her nomination session by asking Big Brother if she could nominate herself, but Big Brother said “no”. She then chose to nominate Jeremy and Elizabeth, telling Big Brother that Elizabeth had a ‘troubled spirit’ and had changed since the ladies left the Palace.

Edward is still clearly unhappy seeing his friends Hannington and Yacob being evicted from the house and nominated Itai for his role in sending them home. His loyalty to his Comrade in Arms saw him nominate Quinn for almost dividing “Jemma” (Jeremy & Emma) through nomination. Nkenna’s first nomination was Leonel because she knew he could save himself and her second for Edward, saying that she had no choice, as she couldn’t nominate her countrymen.

Emma backed her Comrade in Arms by nominating Itai, and got her own revenge by nominating Quinn.

Earlier in the week, the head of House Quinn had replaced himself and Kristal, with Edward and Emma. When IK asked Quinn to share his decision with the housemates during the live Eviction show, he admitted that his decision to save himself and his Comrade in Arms was ‘a cliché’ and revealed that he had no specific reason for nominating Edward & Emma in their place.

Liz and Kaone emerged from the house looking happy, soaking up the adoration of the enthusiastic Big brother Revolution studio audience. IK quizzed them about who they thought had nominated them, with Kaone declaring he had no idea because it was just a game. Liz said that she expected most of the housemates to have nominated her as she was a threat to everyone “except Kristal and maybe Emma”.
