Atheism is never a threat to theism. Atheists’ attacks on other deities and religious figures are wrong and unacceptable in civilised society. Many Muslims and Christians have written a lot against one another’s religions.

We often take our passion and conviction too far and end up judging others. Religion is an association which is guaranteed under the freedom to life. If you think God doesn’t exist, that is your conviction, after all there are people who still believe the earth is flat.

If you think any verse of scripture doesn’t fit into today’s reality, make your inward decision and move on!

I love watching space missions where scientists keep exploring the universe, discovering more about planetary bodies and their conclusion on facts or probabilities. The theory of supernova is a very interesting one. I don’t have any scientific proof to dispute the theory of explosion of stars which later fused and formed the earth and others.

Like in science, it says, there is no motion without force. I have always had the conviction that the first force that propelled the formation of the universe is the creator religions describe differently.

If I think it is logically incomprehensible to attribute artificial intelligence innovation to accidental make up, it is rather comic to think the perfect run of the planets on their axes around the sun or the assembling of animal body from cells to system happened by accident. Come on! There is always creator that is more powerful than creatures – both known or yet to be known. This is the reason I don’t see Mubarak Bala a threat to Islam and if I ever met him, this is how I would engage him.

In Chinese folklore, the dragon is very important. In Greek mythology, centaur exited likewise a flying centaur is associated with Islamic belief. All Muslims believe the prophet flew to heaven on it. It doesn’t have to make sense to you. All beliefs have dogmatism. Even in the circle of theism where many beliefs are, it is difficult to make sense of all beliefs and their deities.

Specifically in Islam, not all creeds make sense to all Muslims. I can share my conviction as polite as possible without attacking your belief.

Many Muslims, especially politicians, have insulted Islam more than Bala in their actions and inactions. The real insults in Sambisa!
