Decorating the dining table in particular is often overlooked because it is viewed as a ‘drop in space to eat and leave.’
For some all that is required on the table is your cutleries, tea  pots and cups, and serving plates. However, a well decorated dining table does not only hold an allure but makes it inviting to members of the home and guests.
More so a  well decorated table makes you comfortable and relaxed as you eat in addition to  making it a relaxation spot to chat. It also makes it comfortable and attractive for family and friends to come together during and after meals.
One way to beautify your dining room and house generally is to decorate your dining table with collections.
You can beautify it with traditional or modern  collections. For instance you can display a collection of Chinese porcelains on the dining table.
“The pieces don’t have to match, but they do have to play together well,” says Beth Webb a house designer.
The collection can also be used as your centerpieces.
