Kareem, talking to Daily Trust by phone, regretted that the seminar with theme “Challenges of the growing use and abuse of drugs in tertiary institutions”, could not hold yesterday as planned.
He said: “We have postponed the event till December 3, 2014 because of other engagements that coincided with it but the forum is committed to the successful conduct of the seminar.”
