The Senator representing Bayelsa East in the National Assembly, Ben Bruce has condemned the attack on Ayodele Fayose, governor of Ekiti state by the ruling party, APC.
Fayose reportedly lost consciousness on Wednesday after policemen allegedly fired teargas into the government house in Ado-Ekiti, the state capital.
In a tweet, Ben Bruce said,"It is not a coincidence that all the mouthpieces of the peoples party, @OfficialPDPNig are being targeted even unconstitutionally. Today’s attack on @GovAyoFayose by the @APCNigeria Govt, shows the depth of lawlessness of this admin. We are losing our country. Enough is Enough!
