Dura said the thematic papers include “Communal clashes, boundary adjustments and state creation: issues and prospects,” “Communal crises and the quest for state creation in Nigeria: the experience of the Benue people” and “political restructuring of forms of government.”
Others are “Nigeria national security challenges: a critical assessment,” “Devolution of power for more effective Nigeria,” Nigeria energy needs: exploring Nigeria’s renewable energy sources and call for renewable energy technology development in Nigeria.”
She said Nigerians must vote for competent and capable leaders, not charlatans, saying “the most important thing for Nigerians is to be able to discern who really represents what their aspirations are.”
