Benue encounters problems with card reader

Accreditation of voters has commenced in parts of Benue state. Our correspondent in reports that accreditation is ongoing at a polling unit in Bukuru Wadata, Makurdi. However, INEC officials and some voters have encountered problems with the card reader, finding it difficult to accredit some people.
