Our correspondent reports that the move was contained in a proposed draft bill seeking women’s inclusion in traditional leadership initiated by the wife of the Benue State governor, Dr. Eunice Ortom through her foundation, Eunice Spring of Life Foundation (ESLF) and Office of the State First Lady.
