The recent development in Zamfara State is an issue of great concern.  The lawmakers under the law can initiate impeachment proceedings against the governor. So, why should the Department of State Security arrest them?  The lawmakers were only exercising their constitutional right.
This is something that should have been done a long time ago. Nothing is working in the state and it cannot continue like that. But for Senator Sa’idu Dansadau, bandits would still be having a field day in the state.  I urge the members to be steadfast and endure whatever comes their way in the interest of the masses.
