The Director, Management Information System (MIS), Dr Aliyu Mohammed Babadako, stated this, adding work was ongoing to provide electronic boards in the classrooms.
He added: “The unit is working hard to ensure that the students get their result delivered to them on their phones and other internet devices to save students the stress of checking their results.”
Babadako explained that the difficulty encountered by students during registration was because some students operated ‘students’ bank account’ with restriction to certain amount of withdrawal, adding that the problem was solved through switching over from e-transact to inter-switch.
According to him, the MIS has been efficient in its administration and services, attributing the queue noticed at MIS to delay in service as well as the attitude of students of failing to do the right thing at the right time.
“Some students even forget their pins and begin to cluster in the office,’’ he said.
