He said that the polytechnic was trying to remove the bottlenecks, adding that students have been unable to register on the portal because many of the cyber café operators were not competent to handle the process.
He said that the introduction of e-payment in the institution was a blessing to the students because they can now register anywhere in the world, as long as they were offered admission.
“The e-payment is user-friendly, saves student the stress of waking early in the morning, missing lectures and test and also reducing the queue in the banks,” he said.
 He said students should not be reluctant to lodge complains to the MIS through their various departments, promising that the system would be made better next semester.
However, the President of Students Union Government, Comrade Obiorah Emmanuel Ejike, revealed that the school management will leave the school portal open till two weeks to the examinations period because of the challenges students used to encounter in the process of paying their school fees.
