The management of Federal Polytechnic Bida has resolved to construct a ‘community market’ to ease petty trading.
The school says all petty traders and hawkers would move to a temporary site within the school pending the completion of new market stalls and shops.
A memo signed by the Director of physical planning and Development, Arc Egamana Emmanuel Majiyebo, said all business operators in the school have up to December 2016 to vacate their present business premises to allow a private developer construct a community market.
