The Deputy Rector of the Federal Polytechnic Bida, Mr. Augustine O. Oghenejivwe, has said the institution will hold its 14th Convocation ceremony in March this year under normal circumstances.
Oghenejivwe who is also the chairman of the convocation ceremonies committee said the management had fixed March 12 as tentative date for the convocation and directed the committee to submit its financial request.
In a seperate development a school had been commended for ensuring improved hygiene and sanitary conditions.
The Dean of Students Affairs, Alhaji Baba Shehu, gave the commendation in an interview recently. He said that the invasive weeds around students’ hostels have been cleared and that proper sanitary facilities were provided to students.
