Birnin Kebbi University pegs cut-off mark to 180

The Federal University, Birnin Kebbi has said 180 marks in the Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination are the minimum required by candidates to get admission in the 2017/2018 academic session.

 But candidates, who attended the School of Basic Studies (SBS) and passed the examination require a minimum of 160 marks in their UTME to be considered for admission into undergraduate programmes of the university.

 The university, in a statement signed by its Acting Head, Information and Public Relations Unit, Jamilu M. Magaji, said the senate of the university has set 180 as its minimum cut-off mark for admission.
