In Nigeria the only high officials using the petrol version as representative cars are the Governor of Akwa-Ibom State Obong Godwills Akpabio and Nigeria Immigrations. As it turns out there was a time the Akwa-Ibom state capital was flooded with BMWs and the serving governor was a commissioner under the former Governor Victor Attah’s administration. At the time Godwills Akpabio also had the E90 5 series BMW as his representative car. It could be the Governor still keeps his crave for the BMW cars or the experience of the 7 series which  has improved greatly. Sydney City Chauffers

In the past BMW was a bit jittery but recently against the Mercedes Benz air suspension it has become a bit squidgy giving and in town comfort and heavy body roll on punchy driving -which no chauffeur will be allowed to engage in with the Governor inside.
