Dozen of students and a senior lecturer were this afternoon killed when Boko Haram members attacked the Federal College of Education(FCE), Kano.

Our correspondents gathered that the insurgents stormed the new site of the school around 2pm.

It was gathered that two suicide bombers struck at the two main lecture halls of the school where students were receiving lectures.

A student said minutes after the suicide bombers struck , a group of insurgents started shooting the students at close range.

Meanwhile, rescue operation is still on.
