Oparaku who was part of Eagles contingent to the FIFA Under 17 championship in 1993, Atlanta Olympics 96 and the World Cup in 1998 said in a chat with Fever Pitch that Keshi was aware of the immense criticism back home in Nigeria after the Iranian match so he set out to correct the imbalances his team suffered in the Bosnia match.
