Nigeria’s leading player in the real estate sector, Brains and Hammers Limited, has launched the biggest private residential estate in the country.

Built on 107 hectares in the Life Camp Extension of Abuja, the estate comprises of 3,400 units of different house types.

This transformation on the landscape has inspired many to call the estate “City Out of Nowhere.’ With the completion of the Phase 1 on 27 hectares featuring 1,300 housing units, with 700 completed and delivered, the Brains and Hammers City has become the landmark of the area.

Coming on the heels of its 10th anniversary, Brains and Hammers’ Chairman, Mr. Adebola Sheidu, said, “Residents are guaranteed round-the-clock security and electricity, 24-hour help desk, 24-hour security and CCTV monitoring, dedicated transformers, 7.2 kilometres access road, fully independent water supply and treatment facilities, recreational area, filling station, school and theme parks and shopping centres.

“We also opened up the district by constructing a dual carriage way of seven kilometres with complete solar street lights and three roundabouts leading to the estate.”

The development of the 3,400-unit estate is Brains and Hammers’ most ambitious project.

The city will cater to mid and high level individuals at affordable prices. The house types include Mulberry (one-bedroom), Coventry (two-bedroom), Tudor (three-bedroom), Windsor (four-bedroom terrace), Ascot (four-bedroom semi-detached with boys quarters), Fourzton (3-bedroom), Broughton (2-bedroom), Kensignton (6-bedroom terrace) and Dorchester (6-bedroom detached).
