Brains & Hammers, a real estate developer will soon commence the construction of  3,500 housing units in its new housing estate called ‘’Brains and Hammers City’’ in Abuja
The housing units, called Turkey residential and Turkey commercial, would be located at Life Camp District.
Speaking with Daily Trust last week on the estate, Brains & Hammers Managing Director, Mr. Umar Abdullahi, said the housing units range from one- bedroom apartments, two- bedroom, three- bedroom, four-bedroom terrace, four- bedroom semi-detached and five- bedroom fully detached.
He said  the city will feature infrastructure like electricity, water treatment plant, gym, jogging track, schools, hospital, swimming pool, mini theme park for kids, restaurants, cinema, parks and gardens. The commercial area will consist of major branded retail supermarkets, office spaces, schools and clinics. He said the real estate company is offering the opportunity to own a home to every working class Nigerian and that it has several home ownership programmes and mortgage routes to ensure that the dream of home ownership is realized.
