The Director- General of the National Information Technology Development Agency (NITDA), Dr Isa Ali Ibrahim (Pantami), has been conferred with the Fellowship of British Computer Society (BCS), the leading professional body of IT experts globally.
A statement from NITDA’s spokesperson Hajia Hadiza Umar said, “The fellowship is in recognition of achievements and contributions to the IT profession globally. It is evidence to use the letters FBCS after name, meaning Fellow of British Computer Society. It is for IT professionals who demonstrate a commitment to advancing standards; strategic leadership and best practice, and encourage these in others.”
