President Buhari, in a letter quoted by his spokesman Femi Adesina, stated: ”Chief Commander Ebenezer Fabiyi Obey is a household name in Nigeria, and even beyond. Buhari said Nigerians rejoiced with the septuagenarian at the auspicious moment.
