The convener of Dialogue 365, Comrade Waheed Saka, has urged President Muhammadu Buhari and Vice President Yemi Osinbajo to bridge any gaps between them and cooperate to succeed.

Saka, who spoke to Daily Trust in Osogbo, said development would be achieved in the country only when the president and the vice president worked together with a common purpose and mutual vision.

He said the purported rift between Buhari and Osinbajo was uncalled for and cautioned their appointees, “particularly the Chief of Staff to the President, Mr Abba Kyari, not to divide them”.

Also, Fajobi Olusanjo, coordinator of The Progressives League (TPL), a socio-political group, cautioned Kyari not to promote ethnicity in the presidency.

“We want to say it expressly that the office of the vice president and by extension governance of this country must never be undermined,” he said.
