Buhari returns to Abuja

The presidential candidate of the All Progressive Congress (APC) retired General Muhammadu Buhari returned to Abuja from Katsina on Monday  morning as Nigerians await Saturday’s presidential election result.

Buhari arrived the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport aboard a chartered flight from his hometown, Daura, Katsina state around 11am.

The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) chairman Professor Attahiru Jega said on Sunday that the collation of result would begin Monday by noon.

Buhari left Abuja for Daura last Friday where he cast his vote at his Sarkin Yara A polling unit.
