Before elections Buhari you promised us good life, in fact you poured honey in our mouths amongst other sweet things, and your party went all out to promise young unemployed Nigerians numbering in millions N5,000 monthly stipend and we gave you our votes. Now that you are there “suddenly you have a slightly different priority”. Petrol is selling at a very high rate for a long time and it has affected the price of everything in the market leading to more sufferings for the masses. Well for your information the common man has not seen the good life you promised, the only change he has seen are things getting from bad to worse. We only hear that billions have been recovered but we don’t see anything of it. Nobody can deny the fact that you are winning the war on terror and making some headway in the fight against corruption, but your failure to properly manage the fuel price and the economy is overshadowing your success on the other fronts. Economy is no doubt one of the key areas that is directly linked to the common man so it’s very important you give the same attention to it like you give to anti-corruption and insecurity. As it is today people complain more and wished we didn’t have to suffer like this.
